Department Updates
- Dr. Howard Hoganson retired after more than 33 years as a faculty member in the department.
- Dr. Marcella Windmuller-Campione is the new major coordinator for the B.S. in Forest and Natural Resource Management degree.
- Dr. Matt Russell is the new major coordinator for the M.S. and Ph.D. in Natural Resources Science and Management degrees.
- Dr. Eric North joined the department as Assistant Professor of Urban & Community Forestry.
- Forest Resources faculty voted to add Tribal and Indigenous Natural Resource Management to all tracks within the FNRM major. This class provides our students with a critical understanding of treaty rights and shows them diverse ways of knowing and managing forest resources. The decision is now undergoing university review.
