research
is on

process
by which
natural
resources
policies
are
developed,
the
organizations
involved
in policy
development,
and
the
efficiency
and
effectiveness
of policies
and
programs
that
result
from
process
and
participant
interaction.
My research
also
focuses
on organizational
structure
of resource
partnerships,
information
flows
to legislative
systems,
operation
and
organization
boards
and
commissions,
and
efficiency
and
effectiveness
of regulatory
