Over the last year, the Department of Forest Resources Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee has been updating and revising the 2017 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan. The culmination of that work is the 2021 Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion Plan. The Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion committee is an advisory committee, and this plan lays out steps that we as a department and individuals can, should, and need to take to fortify our department as a welcoming, supportive, and just place for all of us to work and learn.
